The training also covers the Codex Alimentarius Commission Good Manufacturing Practices and preliminary steps to full Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems. We introduce you to procedure writing workshops and an overview of GMP audits.
HACCP compliance and certification highlights for an organization the hazards that affect food safety and hygiene. This enables any organization to show their commitment in producing or trading in safe food, which can be particularly beneficial when subject to inspection by regulatory authorities or stakeholders.
The training is an introduction for anyone involved in the development, implementation and management of HACCP or GMP certification scheme. If you plan to complete other HACCP training, such as internal auditing and the Lead Auditor Training, you will receive during this course the knowledge and understanding of HACCP upon which to build auditing skills.
The training comprises lecture and workshop exercises.
